are various rehabilitation exercise and training programmes
that may be relevant to your injury, sports or particular event,
and that you may choose to follow. These will
be periodically updated.
Rehab programms should typically start with elements of PRICE to control initial inflammation, then progress to graduated specific stretching, specific strengthening and more general cardio fitness and cross training regimes. All elements of fitness should be addressed; flexibility, strength, co-ordination, technique, and graduated return to training prior to competition.
